BIOPRATIC is an innovative and unique technological concept that makes it possible to permanently collect rain water (200 litres) and to use this for autonomous watering of the plants powered by solar energy.
The dual aim of our planters is to save drinking water by using rain water as much as possible and to free users from having to water their plants.

Our materials
BIOPRATIC uses solid and sustainable materials and parts made in France. The materials, manufacturing, use or recycling of our products generate a carbon footprint that has a low impact on the environment. We work with an ESAT (a vocational rehabilitation centre) based in Oyonnax, Les Ateliers de Nierme (local mental health association in the Ain department), that assemble our autonomous solar-powered watering kits.
Our planter is a patented product, designed and manufactured in France, and can be summed up in three words:
Practical
The Biopratic planter was designed for easy use by everyone , its ease of assembly and installation, as well as its low weight when empty (33 kg) mean you can place it wherever you want.
The height of the main planter (90 cm) above the water tanks means that people with back problems can continue gardening standing or sitting down.
Environmentally-friendly
Our planter is part of a drive to save water for our local authorities, to enhance the city and to play an active part in the fight against global warming.
Our product, which is made in France and guaranteed not to expand at -30° in winter and +60° in summer, has a lifespan of well over 20 years and the materials used are fully recyclable or recycled
Innovative
Our solar-powered drip watering system ensures regular watering throughout the day, and the water tanks under the planter (200 litres), which constantly collect rainwater and residual watering water, mean you can go 5 to 8 weeks without a drop of rain (depending on the geographical area and weather conditions).
